We are happy to accept return of any of our items provided they arrive with us as new, i.e. unused and in saleable condition, within the original packaging, including all the original tags.
Because the products we stock are constantly changing, we do have to insist that all returns are received within 30 days of the date of purchase.
With toys, the box in which they are packaged is, of course, an essential part of the product, and we will have to insist that this is also as new when toys are returned to us.
Because of our stock management systems we can not do exchanges. If you buy the wrong size, please return the goods to us and then re-purchase the item in a new size.
If you wish to return a product please contact our customer service team (contact details below) who will provide you with a simple to complete Returns Form.
Please carefully package up the product so that it is protected during transit, along with the Returns Form, and take it to a Post Office.

For the convenience of our shop customers, purchases from our website can also be returned to us at either of our branches in Brentwood or Epping - just bring in your online proof or purchase.
Refunds will be made to you within two weeks of our receipt of your returned item(s).
By law, the refund can only be credited to the original purchaser's card.
Our staff will deal with your request as soon as it arrives with us, so your money should be back with you quickly, but during busy periods, such as at Christmas, it may take a little longer, which is why we give ourselves a two week window (but very rarely will it take this long).
In the unlikely event that one of our products has been received by you in a damaged or faulty condition we will provide you with an exchange or refund as required. In this instance, please contact our customer service team who will make every effort to resolve the issue for you.
