How To Return An Item

If you wish to return a product please contact our team in Epping, who will advise you on how best to do this. Our team are ready to take your calls during our shop opening hours on 01992 573 164.

We don’t offer free returns on change of mind purchases, but we will offer you free delivery on your next order to help cover the return postage.

For the convenience of our retail customers, purchases from our website can also be returned to us at our Epping shop - just bring in your online proof of purchase.

We’re very happy to accept a return of any of our items provided they arrive with us as new - i.e. unused and in saleable condition, within the original packaging, including all the original tags.

Because the products we stock are constantly changing, we do have to insist that all returns are received within 30 days of the date of purchase.

With toys, the box in which they are packaged is, of course, an essential part of the product, and we will have to insist that this is also as new when toys are returned to us.


Receiving A Refund

Refunds will be made to you as soon as we receive your returned product in the ‘as new’ condition described above.

By law, a refund can only be credited to the original purchaser's card.

Damaged/Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that one of our products has been received by you in a damaged or faulty condition we will provide you with an exchange or refund. In this instance, please contact our customer service team who will make every effort to resolve the issue for you.
