There are two ways in which we can deliver your order to you - Standard Delivery at £3.99, which usually takes 2-5 days, or Express Delivery at £5.99, to arrive with you in 1-2 days, but almost always on the next working day.

All orders over £50 are sent with free delivery.

When we can get a good deal we automatically upgrade all deliveries to one day express – we estimate that 70% of our parcels end up upgraded to Express Delivery!
But if you want to be absolutely certain of a fast delivery, the best bet is to choose the one day option.

At a time when businesses often come and go quickly, we’ve been around since 1966 (we opened on the day England won the World Cup!). Piccola has thrived for so long because we make it our priority to have happy customers above all else.

We’re not a big faceless corporation, we’re a family business where you can phone our shop directly and speak to a human immediately if you call within working hours (and sometimes later than that!).

The personal touch is everything to us, and when you are our customer we only want you to walk away happy, and hopefully coming back to us again some time soon.

If you have a change of mind we’re more than happy to refund you if you send us the product back unused and in the same condition, within thirty days of purchase.

We double check all products before they leave us, but in the unlikely event that your purchase has a fault or flaw we will ask you to call or email us and we’ll deal with it quickly and personally.

Yes, if you’re near Epping in Essex and want to collect from us then you can do so completely free.

Unless we’re super busy our shop team will have your purchases ready for you very quickly, and usually within the hour – we’ll give you a courtesy call when your items are ready to be collected.
